A space designed for passengers who may experience sensory overload before their journey.
Travel can be overwhelming for some people. That’s why the airport offers a new Quiet Space: a calm and safe environment where passengers can take a moment to relax, regulate, and prepare for their flight.
It is an inclusive space, available to any passenger who feels this environment may help them feel more comfortable.
About the space
• Located in the International Departures area, after security control, the Quiet Space is available exclusively for departing passengers and offers:
• A private area for those who require additional calm
• A low-stimulation environment, with soft lighting and reduced noise levels
• Comfortable seating for rest
• Sensory elements that support relaxation and self-regulation

Who can use it?
The space is intended for people of all ages who may need a calm environment before their journey, especially those who may feel overwhelmed by airport stimuli such as noise, lighting, or crowds.
No documentation or justification is required to use the space.
To allow access for more passengers, short stays are recommended.
Access and reservations
Access is free of charge and requires a prior reservation between 48 and 72 hours in advance.
Once the reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to access and use the space.

Duration of use
Usage time is limited in order to allow access for more passengers.
When selecting a reservation time, passengers are encouraged to consider the time required for airport procedures and security checks. As these may vary, some flexibility is allowed before and after the assigned time slot.
Passengers are kindly asked to choose a time that aligns with their journey, supporting fair and inclusive access for all.
What if my preferred time is not available?
The room has limited capacity. If your selected time is unavailable, it means the space is already fully booked. We recommend reserving in advance.
How many people can use the space?
The room has limited overall capacity. Each reservation allows up to 6 people per travel group, including the passenger and their companions.
Conditions of use
To help maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone:
- Please keep noise to a minimum and respect the space
- The space is intended for short stays before departure
- Minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied at all times
- Assistance animals are permitted in accordance with applicable regulations
- Flight information is available inside the room; however, no boarding announcements are made
