Thirty young people—siblings, children, cousins, and nieces and nephews of our employees—have begun their internships as part of the 2026 edition of the First Work Experience Program, an initiative that promotes professional development and hands-on training in a real work environment.
Throughout the month of February, they will join the teams at Carrasco Airport, Punta del Este Airport, Carmelo Airport, Rivera International Airport, LACC, and EC Solutions, supporting various operational and administrative areas while gaining knowledge and experience in the airport industry.
Through this experience, participants will take their first steps into the workforce, develop new skills, and gain firsthand insight into the operations of airports and related companies, within an environment that fosters learning, commitment, and teamwork.
The 2026 First Work Experience Program once again reaffirms our commitment to educating new generations and creating opportunities that drive both personal and professional growth.
