At Aeropuertos Uruguay, we are proud to carry out the fourth edition of our Women in Aviation, Travel and Tourism (WIATT) scholarship program.
Through this initiative by Corporación América Airports, we seek to reaffirm our commitment to the education and professional development of women in the aviation, travel, and tourism industries.
WIATT offers different types of scholarships and training opportunities linked to the sector, including airport management, tourism, operational safety, leadership, pilot training, and cabin crew training.
The scholarships include master’s degrees, undergraduate programs, technical degrees, industry-specific courses, and language training, providing tools to strengthen the academic and professional development of the beneficiaries.
Since the first edition of the program in 2023, through WIATT we have awarded more than 200 scholarships to Uruguayan women, contributing to the creation of more training and growth opportunities for women interested in developing their careers in these sectors.
We will continue to promote initiatives that encourage the growth, training, and professional development of more women within our industry.
